MRC Group, was formed to answer to the needs of several corporations requesting its sister company Headhunter Manila to handle other consulting services from acquisition, positioning, mergers and advisory services.
Inspired by the professionalism of its sister company being in the business for over 30 years handling blue chip companies operating in the Philippines, across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Europe and USA we decided to spread our wings in the government sector.
With its group of seasoned consultants educated locally, US and Europe, we have handled assignments like integration, acquisition, mergers of several multinational companies and advisory services to the government.

ASIA
MATARI/BBDO. A top Indonesian advertising company. We were tasked to establish the international division as a stand-alone independent company. Expat Managers were hired to initially manage its operations and acquire more clients for the company.
BANK CENTRAL DAGANG. One of the biggest banks in Indonesia. Was hired as an advisory consultant to the Chairman to do the corporate re-engineering and attain the company's goals and objectives.
MAYORA Group. One of Indonesia's biggest group of companies. Was hired by the Chairman himself to do advisory in the launched of Kopiko in the Philippines. Did the re-structuring of Mayora Banks reporting directly to the Founder/Chairman.
PEACOCK INTERNATIONAL. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with branches in Canada, Cairo, Dubai and Lebanon. We handled the setting up of their head office and provided consulting services.
SUMMIT PARKVIEW HOTEL. Based in Myanmar, it is a consortium of the Singapore and Burmese government. It was the very first 4-Star Hotel in the country. We provided the hotel a turn-around consulting services by giving an in-depth analysis on the operations based on the culture of the company, re-training their staff, thus contributing to 300% increase in their revenues.
MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGY THAILAND LIMITED. Provided strategy in their human resources to increase productivity in their biggest manufacturing plant in Chachaengsao, Thailand with more than 3,000 employees. Moved some of the talents we coached to the headquarters in Arizona, USA. Later suggested, designed the structure of their Philippine office which now houses about 100 design experts. We worked with them for 18 years.
AH LIKI SAMOA. Based in Samoa, we provided the financial strategy to increase the company's revenue and decrease the cost of operations.
AYCAN COMPANY LIMITED. Based in Maldives, we provided advisory services on company positioning which made them capture 95% of the market share in terms of professional cleaning solutions to most of the resorts in atoll of Maldives.
CYCLE CARE BERMUDA ISLAND. Provided skills training and consulting services to increase the revenue and focus on their core competencies.
DESIGN IMAGE PTE LIMITED. Based in Singapore, for 15 years, we acted as the consultant for corporate re?engineering and branding to increase clients base with the government projects and with multinational companies in the banking and construction sectors.
COMFORTWEAR SRI LANKA. One of the biggest undergarments companies which specializes in brassieres, they manufacture for top brands such as Marks & Spencer, Dolce and Gabbana, etc. We were hired to improve and enhance the productivity of the company.
PHILIPPINES
RODRIGUEZ GROUP COMPANIES. Was hired as the over-all Consultant to the Chairman to handle the business advisory in the operations of their dealership and franchise of Proton Pilipinas, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo and Audi cars. Likewise handled the grand launch of their manufacturing company in Pangasinan during the APEC under President Fidel V. Ramos with Prime Minister Mahathir in attendance.
NATIONAL FAMILY ORGANISATION. The US largest Market Research company with offices in Manila and the pioneer in the country's research industry. As the Consultant of the company for 8 years, we acted in its integration/ and acquisition by another world's biggest UK based research company which is Taylor, Nelson, Sofres. After its merger, we still work as their consultant for another 9 years until it was bought by Kantar Worldwide where we also worked with them for another 5 years.
DHL SUPPLY CHAIN PHILIPPINES. The company started as MSAS Cargo until it was bought by EXEL- the world's biggest logistics company and was later acquired by the German's largest courier company -- DHL where we serve as their Consultant on strategy, financial advisory, training of the entire company from the top management to bottom for 28 years.
BOVIS INTERNATIONAL UK. A UK-based construction and project management company. We provided advisory and consulting services on their project of transforming a decaying Power Plant in Makati into turning it to a first-class commercial facility which houses high-end residential condominiums, offices and a mall whose target market is the A-B class of social strata. Apart from this, we initially handled with them the 360 degree turn around of the now famous Bonifacio Global City (BGC} in Taguig, Metro Manila. It was lauded by President Fidel V. Ramos himself as a great accomplishment.
TIGER AIRWAYS PHILIPPINES. Provided advisory services for SEAIR, one of the first local airlines who provide airline services to world's top beach destinations in the country. Later, it was sold to Tiger Airways where we provided services on acquisition and mergers including company branding until it was sold to Cebu Pacific.
PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL. The only government hospital in Asia specializing in Orthopedics, whose Director then was the Founder of ASEAN Orthopedic Association, HIP and KNEE Society in Asia, we provided advisory services to their Medical Social Services Division, Nursing and Top Management divisions to enhance the patient services to the public which is comparable to the best private hospitals in the country.
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES. A government agency focused in revenue generation while providing care to its forests, we handled the strategy for its Forest Management Bureau which employs 2,500 farmers across the country. Currently handles consulting works for their projects.
